OVERSEAS PLAYER 2025 – ROSHAN LAKMAL
Roshan in action at the Sandhills last season
For the 2025 season we are delighted to welcome back Roshan Lakmal after his excellent
season with us last summer. Since then he has been back home in Sri Lanka and scoring runs
for fun. In February in the Sri Lankan 3 Day Major League Tournament for Nugegoda Sports
Welfare he scored 512 runs in four innings – 201* and 105* vs Burgher and 103 and 103* vs
Kandy CCC.
His achievements have been recognised by Sri Lanka Cricket naming him as one of the 45
players in the country to be awarded annual contracts for the 2025 Sri Lankan domestic
season.
We wish him well for a great 2025 in the Devon Premier League.
